The Social Closet, a popular online fashion marketplace, aims to further enhance its user experience by incorporating additional features that cater to the evolving trends and preferences of its fashion-conscious users. This UX project focused on identifying and designing these new features, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience. The founder, Micaela O’herron asked our team to identify areas of opportunity to improve her desktop experience. This included adjustments to design, brand guidelines, added features to attract new users and increase activity.

User Flow

Our goal was to develop a more accessible desktop experience for our user’s by updating the global navigation bar as well as implementing a drop-down menu to guide our users through the desktop seamlessly. In doing this we were able to identify additional features to implement which in turn inspired and satisfied our client.

Our client received a updated design of both desktop and mobile, snd a detailed report of all research insights. We closed out the project with both parties feeling satisfied and excited to work together in the future.
